" The essential paradox that emerges from the results of several strict diets is that all are effective, but none work effectively. "

So begins this agile Treaty teaches us to adopt new and different strategies to solve the problem of obesity and overweight.

Giorgio Nardone, the author was with Paul Watzlawick the founder of the Center for Strategic Therapy which is based in Arezzo.

If you always do the same things, you'll always get the same results is the most important secret that I owe Nardone and Watzlawick .

Diet, therefore, in this context, it becomes a losing attempt at a solution from the outset. All diets work (when you follow), but this is their "work" that the long power failure, causing that effect yo-yo that we all know or have experienced first hand or have it noted in Friends , relatives and acquaintances. False Hope Syndrome I prefer to call it.

And in a speech appealing, "hypnotic" please allow me to define, analyze different ways of reacting (all losers) the problem of overweight.

We read in one breath and in the end you feel that the path is simple and exciting.

I got to know Prof Nardone as early as 1992 because it followed a person who was very dear to me. I then read for professional reasons, many of his books and almost all of Wratzlawich, I believe very much in its strategic approach to solving problems, I myself have been lucky, although not having read this book if not already obtained results, to put spontaneously in practice, just what it suggests, but that's not all pink what might appear at first sight.

A book is a book. To many who remain fascinated, will probably support the therapist will tell you that from time to time the "adjustments" policy to be implemented. A kind of hypnotic induction that a book you can ever give, but only suggest.

It 's up to you, dear reader, to leverage all of your creative ability to overcome this shortcoming. And you'll find that you can lose weight mainly relying on pleasure.

Nardone suggests a kind of auto-suggestive. Planning in the morning all the wonderful foods that you would like to eat. In this way, the temptations of food, those that make us lose control, become a "food choice".

"This means moving from fear of losing control to plan how to implement voluntarily the pleasure of eating what you want, which means taking control of what could lead us to surrender." If anyone

has read or will read it, I'd really like to discuss it.

Enrica
