that the mind is the filter between us and the world, is information "Cultural" part of me already for a long time.

But "knowing" is not synonymous with "feeling" and only recently, working on myself, reading, trying, experimenting for the first time I heard the enormous power on the skin of my mind and the enormous power of emotions as lever of change.

I had first hand that how to interpret the experiences of my life depends on the "filter" that I use (my mind). And that emotions, which subsequently try, and then the experiences are not simply the result of this continuous filtration.

Although a person is not completely naive with respect to some psychological, however, cultivated the false belief that the unconscious is a sort of pot of boiling that is he going to tease the better.

What I was opened in the past year, aided by the curiosity, the desire to "feel good", never content to survive, is a new world full of promise.
