Easton Sv12 Softball Bat Review Fastpitch

I never realized how sometimes incorrectly use these terms: Anxiety and Fear.

And to put it all right I never rifletutto that indicate two very different emotional situations.

time ago I started to surf the Internet looking for publications that give me a better understanding of myself.

's so that I discovered the website of Nicola Lalli.

Without having a proper psychological culture, I was pleasantly attracted to his way of describe, from the calm and, allow me, in addressing some refinement issues. So much so that immediately ordered his book on the Depression (I had already heard about in a positive way, but the laziness in having to look specifically had taken over).

I'll be back, after some time, to re-read some articles that I downloaded.

With a greater awareness and greater familiarity with the concepts of "psychological" I have dwelt at length this morning to read and reread the first pages of this article From the Clinical Psychopathology Nicola Lalli . (All the articles in the site are downloadable for free).

"Anxiety is a feeling experienced in anticipation of a catastrophic loss.
Anxiety has many features in common with fear, with two key differences. The anguish of the situation is not conscious and rational as the fear also , fear is always connected to a danger that you must learn and learn to recognize: the anxiety does not need to learn. "

And I realized that I often confused the two. I called the Fear and Anxiety. And I believed to be scared (even without understanding what) but when I was paralyzed with anxiety.

E 'for those who want to deepen, an interesting read. For me it was revealing. Allowed me to sort out, at least in language and verbal chaos of emotions that I'm trying to order :-).

Many other concepts which then faces, like that of anger and hatred. But the anger deserves a chapter all its own. :-))) In fact, deserves a blog all his own!

If you follow my advice, I would like to know if it was useful to you.

Enrica
